Emperor Chicken Herbs & Spices Mix

  1. Apply Emperor Chicken Herbs & Spices Mix onto skin and the inside of chicken.
  2. Wrap chicken in plastic wrapper, followed by aluminium foil sheet.
  3. Steam for 2 hours over low flames.
  1. 將帝皇雞藥材搽遍雞身內外。
  2. 用塑膠紙以角對角包緊雞,再加上錫箔紙。
  3. 以慢火蒸2小時。

Ginseng Herbal Soup Mix

  • Put both filter bags (do not open filter bags) and chicken into boiling water. Simmer for 1 hour.
  • 將2個過濾袋藥材(不可剪開過濾袋)和雞肉放入沸水中。以慢火煮至少1小時以上。

Herbal Chicken Soup Mix

  • Put both filter bags (do not open filter bags) and chicken into boiling water. Simmer for 45 minutes.
  • 將2個過濾袋藥材(不可剪開過濾袋)和雞肉放入沸水中。以慢火煮至少45分鐘以上。

Bakuteh Herb & Spices

  1. Put the filter bags of herbs & spices into water to boil at medium fire for 30 minutes.
  2. Add ribs, garlic, thick soya sauce and salt to boil and simmer for another 1 hour.
  3. Add a little M.S.G. if preferred. Serve hot with rice.
  1. 把2小包過濾袋的藥材香料放入水中,以中火煮30分鐘。
  2. 加入排骨,蒜頭,黑醬油,食鹽,住沸後再慢文火煮1小時。
  3. 可隨意加味精調味,趁熱配白飯使用。

Klang Bakuteh Kau

  1. In a large pot, boil the 2 filter bags (do not open bags) in 1500ml of water for 30mins.
  2. Add the meat, garlic, dark soya sauce, light soya sauce and oyster sauce to the boiling soup.
  3. Simmer for 1 hour.
  1. 加入2個過濾袋的香料(不須打開過濾袋)及1500毫升水,煮滾30分鐘。
  2. 加入肉,蒜頭,老抽,生抽和蠔油於沸水中。
  3. 慢火煮1小時。
