Cooking Paste



Curry Paste For Chicken

  1. Stir fry 1 packet of DELIMAS Curry Paste for Chicken (120g) with 900g chicken and 1 potato for 5 minutes under medium heat.
  2. Add in 150ml to 300ml water and cook for 15 minutes under low heat.
  3. Add in 100ml coconut milk, stir well and bring to a quick boil. Serve hot.
  1. 将1包DELIMAS咖喱鸡即煮酱料(120g),900克鸡块及1粒马铃薯搅拌后用中火炒5分钟。
  2. 加入150至300毫升水后以慢文火煮15分钟。
  3. 加入100毫升椰奶后搅均匀煮滚。趁热食用。

Paste For Prawn Noodle

  1. Mix 1 packet of DELIMAS Paste for Prawn Noodle (120g) with 900ml water and bring to boil.
  2. Prepare cooked yellow noodles and bean sprouts in a bowl, and add in slices of meat, prawns, hard-boiled egg, fried shallots and spring onions.
  3. Pour the prawn noodle soup into the bowl. Serve hot.
  1. 将1包DELIMAS虾面汤即煮酱料(120克)加入900毫升水,煮滚。
  2. 将煮熟的黄面及豆芽放入碗中,再加上适量的熟肉片,虾,熟鸡蛋,炸葱片及青葱。
  3. 加入煮滚的虾面汤。 趁热食用。

Spicy Stir Fry Sauce

  1. Can be served readily as sambal for nasi lemak.
  2. As cooking sauce to cook squids and prawns.
  3. As cooking sauce for stir fry vegetables.
  1. 可与椰浆饭一起食用。
  2. 可用来煮尤鱼或虾。
  3. 可用来炒菜。

Dry Curry Paste for Meat (Rendang)

  1. Pour in the DELIMAS Dry Curry Paste for Meat (120g) and cooking oil, heat up and stir, bring to boil.
  2. Add in chicken meat and stir fry slowly for about 7 minutes.
  3. Add in coconut milk and bring to boil.
  4. Add in water and bring to boil. Continue to boil for 5 minutes in medium fire.
  5. Once the gravy starts to thicken, add in fried desiccated coconut and stir for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
  1. 倒入1包DELIMAS干咖喱即煮酱料(120g)及食用油,加热和搅拌,煮滚。
  2. 加入鸡肉及缓慢翻炒约7分钟。
  3. 加入椰奶后搅均匀煮滚。
  4. 加入水煮滚,以中火继续煮5分钟。
  5. 一旦肉汁开始变稠,加入炒椰丝及搅拌3分钟。趁热食用。

Tom Yam Paste

  1. Mix 1 packet of DELIMAS Tom Yam Paste (120g) together with 200g squids, 100g prawns, 1 tomato, 60g abalone mushrooms, 60g baby corns and 3 bird's eye chilli (cili padi) into 400ml water.
  2. Bring to boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add in some coriander leaves. Serve hot.
  1. 将1包DELIMAS东炎汤即煮酱料(120g),100克白墨魚,200克虾,1粒番茄,60克鲍鱼菇,60克玉米笋和3条小辣椒加入400毫升沸水。
  2. 煮滚后再继续煮3分钟。
  3. 加入少许芫荽叶。趁热食用。

Assam Paste For Seafood

  1. Mix 1 packet of DELIMAS Assam Paste For Seafood (120g) with 180ml water and 300g fish (or other seafood) and cook for 10-12 minutes under medium heat.
  2. Add in 4 lady's finger (okra) and 1 tomato.
  3. Continue to cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
  1. 将1包DELIMAS亚叁海鲜即煮酱料(120g)和300克的鱼(或其他海鲜)加入180克沸水中,用中火煮10-12分钟。
  2. 入4条羊角豆及1粒番茄。
  3. 继续煮2分钟。趁热食用。

Curry Laksa Paste

  1. Mix 1 packet of DELIMAS Curry Laksa Paste (120g), 100ml thick coconut milk and 60g fried bean curds into 900ml water. Bring to boil.
  2. Prepare cooked yellow noodles and bean sprouts in the bowl, and add in slices of meat, fishballs, hard-boiled egg and mint leaves.
  3. Pour the hot curry laksa soup into the bowl. Serve hot.
  1. 将1包DELIMAS咖喱叻沙即煮酱料(120g),100毫升浓椰浆及60克炸豆卜放入900毫升水,煮滚。
  2. 将煮熟的黄面及豆芽放入碗中,再加上适量的熟肉片,鱼丸,熟鸡蛋及薄荷叶。
  3. 加入煮滚的咖喱叻沙汤。趁热食用。

Vegetarian Curry Paste

  1. Mix 1 packet of DELIMAS Vegetarian Curry Paste (120g), 100g each of pre-sauteed brinjals (eggplant), long beans, lady's fingers (okra), fried bean curds and 100g cabbage into 300ml water.
  2. Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in 100ml coconut milk, stir well and bring to boil. Serve hot.
  1. 将1包DELIMAS素咖喱即煮酱料(120g),各100克炒好的茄子,長豆及羊角豆,100克炸豆腐及100克包菜放入300毫升沸水。
  2. 煮滚后继续煮5分钟。
  3. 加入100毫升椰奶,搅均匀后煮滚。趁热食用。
